I need help on cutting a slot straight out normal to a plane. Envision a 3D complex bent wire with thick insultation tube drawn by a 3D spline, i need to cut out of the thicker outer tube a straight path up to a plane so that the wire can drop straight down into the insulation. I will try to generate a picture of this ... but i am hoping someone will point me in the right direction before hand.
