Hi,

I'm helping one of our locations to move their LM 2018 to LM 2020 on another server.  We've gone ahead and deactivated the license and now LM2018 doesn't show any licenses.  Trying to activate LM2020 and it says this:

I click the link and it shows this:

Anyone know of how I can get this fixed?
