Attached here is an unfiltered, fully transparent data migration plan that we have as of now.

At this point, we have cleaned up the data dump from old forum and we have divided it into shards. Data ranges from 2002 till April 1st 2021. There are 32 shards that we need to migrate. What you see on the forum is the result of shard 1. 

In the plan we have noted down the dates that each of the shard will cover. E.g., once we are done with Shard 2, all the forum posts till Dec 11th 2019 will be accessible. Once we are done with shards 3/4, all the forum posts till Dec 2nd 2018 will be accessible and so on. 

We are processing it such that the most recent data will get uploaded first.

Indeed this plan is not fast enough. We need to offset this somehow. 

Until this migration is completed, you have a strong army of 500+ SOLIDWORKS R&D team on your side to help you with your technical questions. You have a question that you can't find answer to on your old forum posts? Please post it here. Doesn't matter if it was answered to before or not. This army will be at your service, answering every technical question that you may seek answer to. I will be here with all my R&D friends & colleagues - serving you with best of my capabilities.  

Here is the plan. To be upfront about it, you will see a break between Shard 3/4 and Shard 5/6. Due to sudden rise in Covid cases in France, there is a lockdown in Paris. To offset the financial impact, school breaks have been moved back one week earlier by government. It is impacting our plan during that week. Apart from any unforeseen situations hitting us, we are confident about executing this plan on time.
