Solidworks Visualize Render

Hi,

I've recently installed SW visualize after installing SW2024. And have been having errors when opening saved/existing projects. I've tried multiple times with different projects and just keep getting the same error. This is obviously a extremely annoying error seeing as I basically have to re setup the render if I need to make changes down the road.
