Hello SolidWorks community,

Back in 2013 I purchased a SolidWorks 2014 license. The computer in which it was installed crashed and total reboot was required. Now, when I am trying to install my license again, it looks the license has been locked in a computer that does no longer exist. 

When I go for the manual activation, I reciebe an automatic email saying:
