Will be replacing desktops with laptops (per owner) and we are on SW2023 sp5.  The 2 things I am curious about:  

Is 64 GB RAM plenty?  Seems 128 would be overkill.

CPU speed.  I've always read that the higher speed the better.  3.5GHZ + or something like that.  But most of the newer high end CPUs are more like 2.2-2.5 GHz, but with a TURBO speed of 5.6 GHz.  Is that still OK?  What is the thought there?
