One of our staff, when trying to open a SolidWorks drawing in Edrawings, the system crashes, and nothing opens. This only happens when he has a second monitor attached to his laptop. Once he removes the second monitor, Edrawing opens the file.

Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a fix? The laptop has 24G Ram.
