We are encouraged to tag other users in to topics in order to get their attention. However doing so can be something of a lottery when there can be many users with the same name, many of whom won't have a contact picture. When we search for a name, can anyone we've tagged recently who match the search criteria be promoted to the top of the list making it easier to tag them again? There are 20 @Manish KUMARs in the system (two of which have the capitalised surname for DS employees!) but at least the one I want has a profile pic.

Ideally once I'd typed three characters after the @ symbol (e.g. @man) anyone I'd tagged recently would be promoted to the top of the list that matched the string. This would also need an option to cancel suggestions in case of previous erroneous selection (I suspect we've all done that in Outlook at one time or another).
