I am trying to do a break-out section of a detail view, I do this often.

Every once in a while, and now being one of those times; I get to the point where I need to select the Depth of the cutout and nothing in the drawing view is selectable.

I do this same operation on these drawings... over and over, and it works; but now it won't

Anyone know why?
