I have a note bank on my title page. Notes are numbered sequentially, and flag notes are given the triangular border with a 2-character padding. To make a numbered note a flag note, I am highlighting the number of the note entry and checking the box "add to flag note bank". When I insert a flag note I am clicking balloon>flag note bank>flag note I want to place. The only issue is, they are not inserting
