My employer is asking the engineers to be able to take a excel list of parts used in a job and make sure that there are pdf and step files for each part in PDM. This doesn't apply to purchased parts, mainly just made/machined parts. The closest I can think of doing this is Report Generator, but I'm not familiar with that side of the software. The list could be anywhere from 20 to hundreds of parts.
