This one is simple, obvious, and I expect fixable.

A user cannot page through long lists of items, as the scroll bar is crippled. Clicking under the scroll preview block should page down.

This functionality has been part of windowed user interfaces literally from the beginning.

Also, there is still not a meta-category for items about the forum. This post belongs elsewhere but I am only an author in the "Solidworks User Forum" 'community'.
