A normal Ctrl+RMB displays the RC menu just as an plain RMB does.
Since this is wasted functionality, I wrote a simple utility that takes in a Ctrl+RMB and sends out an Enter instead.

So, whenever you need to click a green check, by whatever method you use, with this utility, you can Ctrl+RMB instead.
