The license manager serves a crucial role in managing software licenses, including the ability to reclaim licenses in use, thus optimizing their availability through a timeout mechanism. For example, if 1 user is ideal for say 20 mins then the licence he is using should timeout & another user can use that licence on his system. 

In SW2023 this timeout system is not working with the Windows server
