Kinda intermediate-ish at Solidworks, having trouble figuring this out. Suppose I have a hollowed cylinder with radius 'r', wall thickness 't', and height 'h'. Open on both faces, solid body part. I want to expand the cylinder radially to (for example) 4r and maintain the same wall thickness. 

Is there a way to expand the solid body while also shrinking the height such that the volume of the cylinder
