Hi, I need to make ACM covers with bends in them for a billboard. 

Drawing them is not an issue, I have been using SW for years, but the main issue is transferring the dxf export of the flat pattern with bend lines. At my job we use Artcam to make Gcode for CNCs and I cant get them to work because there are lines overlapping. 

My bend radius is 0,001mm and sheet metal thickness is 0,001 also and I can
