All of a sudden when opening SolidWorks Connected or Visualize I am getting a window popup stating "unable to check your installed version for updates" asking me to either open up the platform or execute the program. Executing the program results in an error regarding failing to retrieve a license, and opening the platform results in a "Service Unavailable" error (see screenshot). I was on Solidworks
