Simulation doesnt indicate the actual minimal value of FOS. 

Somehow the upper part is shown as failed with non existing FOS value. Any gradient FOS results depicting in this part doesnt exist. 

How should I interpret the nature of failure?

In the point of view of the field tests there is enough material and no failure should not exist.
