I am trying to learn how to set up a library using a simple model

I need to use the attached part when required in the assembly, by calling it from the library.

The variables are Outer diamater (1" to 6"), Thickness (1 mm, 1.6 mm & 2.0 mm), Material (s/s 304 & s/s 316) and length of my choice.

In essence, if i need a 3" s/s 304 tube with 1.6 wall thickness with a length of 1250 mm, i should be able to call it out from my custom content center .

Can any experts give some directions ?
