I want to add an Icon/Macro to the UI of Solidworks to give the user direct access/a link to design info pages in sharepoint.

I know how to add a TAB to the UI but how to create an ICON for it in this TAB?

Other possibility is to use the SOLIDWORKS Resource PANE for it. 
There are already links available e.g. Partnet Solutions and 3D EXPIRIENCE under Online Resources .
Is there a possibility to customize
