I start SolidWorks for makers from the 3DEXPERIENCE website as follow (to start it from the desktop icon does the same problem):

Then, SolidWorks tries to fetch a licence. An error occurs:

The licence specifies OI000323095 at some places and OI000323096 at other places!
My user account in the 3DEXPERIENCE website specifies "OI000323096" : 

Is there another place to contact Dassault for this problem? Thank
