I have a large metal plate that will be laser/plasma cut out.  The overall plate dimensions aren't critical at all and the holes in relation to the plate edges isn't critical.  What is critical are the hole dimensions relative to each other.  So...my question is what would be 'best practice' for dimensioning these holes on a drawing?
