A prior post shared how to insert 3D models into MS Powerpoint.
@Francesco OORTHUIZEN and I talked about more ideas to give life to 3D on slides.
For example, insert a rendering as shown below.
The boxy sharp edges above feel rigid and fragmented to me, so personally I like to try various styles to dress them up.
Instant results are shown upon various styles and effects.
Now let's insert the "3D JPG" (glTF).
Francesco shared this cool idea of overlaying it on top of the static rendering to build continuity.
You may pan, zoom, rotate the 3D model to match the rendering.
You may also experiment with the rich animations Powerpoint provides for 3D.
E.g. I added Fade in, then Jump and Turn to transition from a static image to a dynamic energetic 3D model.
You may also pick a Morph Transition on the next slide so that the 3D model travels between slides.
Then I inserted a technical illustration behind the 3D model, added several animations to let the 3D fade into a line art.
Here is the result in a video.
With 3DEXCITE Product Communicator , you can easily publish "3D JPG" (glTF) and light up your MS Office 2021 documents similarly.
