We are facing an issue with assemblies referring to random locations when a file is reopened:
Example:

1. create an assembly model with parts in Folder A
2. Rebuild and save the model
3. Close model
4. reopen model - the assembly now refers to the same parts in some other Folder B (same names/same parts but from another folder)

This often happens when child components are in the same folder as the parent
