Can not delete 3D Experience and Can NOT install it.    I've read thru other posts and tried just about everything that's been tried in the past, and still, no luck.     At least it is not complaining about finding an XML file.   However, this is new: 

It seems I'm batting 1000 when it comes to upgrades.   Not even one upgrade has ever worked flawlessly.
