I'm looking for a "Drawing Checking tool". My leadership is asking if there are any "AI" options. I want to find the best tool, not pick a tool because it’s “AI”. I need to compare the options in terms of capability, cost, etc..

Required:

1. Not 3DExperience cloud based
2. ITAR/EAR compliant

I know Solidworks has a Design Checker. And it's not really used at our company. But are there 3rd party options to help
