I have this sheet metal loft with a slightly unusual lower shape. Basically I've tried this many ways to get this loft to work.

The last piece of this frankenstein puzzle is to create the last side but I cant get a plate or tab to join like I have on the other side. 

I've attached the file if anyone understands what is going on here? If I try to loft not in segments, the folds end up in very strange
