Is there a way to find missing holes?  Maybe with Hole Alignment analysis tool?

For example, linear rail mated to a flat plate.  Designer forgets to add tapped holes to the plate.  Run Hole Alignment tool and no alarms.  Wish it would flag and say "missing mating holes".  

Is there another way to achieve this?
