I don't understand why the data card works differently. Below is a video of me check-in 2 assemblies. In assembly A, Ref A remains, while in assembly B, Ref B is deleted. Yet they're stored in the same folder.

In my data card, Default value is set on "Special value" > "Delete existing value" and "Default overwites"

The only difference is that Assembly A is a new file, while Assembly B is a new
