Is There a Solution to Monitor and Notify Administrators of Large File Downloads in SOLIDWORKS PDM for Enhanced Security?

I would like to know if there is a solution or product that monitors and notifies SolidWorks administrators of the user's name and device when users download a large amount of files from within the SolidWorks PDM vault. This is to help ensure security and prevent data theft
