When using the Hole Wizard with the following selections/configurations, I get a flat bottom holes.  Wizard Hole / ANSI Metric/dia 3.7 / End Condition:  Up to Surface / the surface I select is a Plane.

If I change the End Condition to "offset from surface" and select the same plane, then set the offset value to zero, I then get a hole with a drill point bottom instead of flat.

I'm curious if anyone is
