Sometimes If I Import a huge IFC (eg. 32MB IFC 2x3) Solidworks need long time to link the part to an Assembly. If you wish to import it complete into an Assembly, Solidworks sometimes need more than 4h to complete. Sometimes it randomly crashes because of to less of RAM (he prompt me).
The Problem is.
I restarted the PC fresh before importing and at moment I have 200GB free space on C: . While Importing, I have still 15GB Ram not used and non of my 12 logic CPU cores nearly hit the 100% usage. So there is may another point that limit 3DInterconnect.
Does someone have an Idea how to Boost my Import and get sure that Solidworks not crashing?

For the record, we have a growing amount of customers that are highly interested in BIM. Most customers are sub-contractors and have to work with what's given.
