If I go to Measure and try to compare 2 circles by viewing the minimum distance between them using arc/circle measurement, it simply doesn't work, and continues to show me the distance between origins:

Maximum distance and Center to Center work fine. This also extends to the Custom Distance options - minimum just uses origins.

This seems like a bug, plain and simple. If anybody has a fix though, I'd
