When I try to open a file from windows explorer with solidworks not running, It doesn't open the file. I have to open the solidworks program from the desktop. It will go to the splash screen and I have to go to open -browse or drag and drop from another monitor/windows explorer the file I want to open.

Any help would be appreciated on how to fix.
