I am getting this error when I try to log into my normal 3dExperience platform. 

3DX is how I typically launch Solidworks Maker, but I can also launch it from the desktop shortcut, but that also now gives me an error: 

Well, obviously I already tried that, and it didn't work. Clicking "execute anyway" prompts me to log in. I do so and then I get another message:

What is the problem? How can I log in to
