I am using the Solidworks 2020-2021 student version and recently updated from 2020 - performance has dropped considerably, sometimes waiting for minutes for redraw an often crashing - I am running thee following specs and as far as I understand thee latest drivers on all of the devices:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz
Win 10 pro
16Bg Ram
NVIDIA QUADRO M5000 (466.11 driver)
All solid state drives with at least 50% free space

any ideas on how to remedy?
