Is there a way to paste the values in the list for all rows instead of typing it for every line?

I have a per-populated list in either Word, Excel, Notepad and I like to to paste this in the the list value in the property tab builder, but it only takes the first line, is there a way to paste all the lines and not just the first line? 

I have tried alt + 010 in notepad, but no success. Right click paste
