I'm having an issue with an assembly I made of a pole with a sleeve around the base. 

The problem I'm having is that the applied force does not match the reaction force in the results of the simulation. I bonded the two parts together using both global and local interactions (i found that the global interaction gives me more of the displacement that I want but the reaction force on the whole model is
