SOLIDWORKS 2023 SP4/SP5 with PDM Professional. 

We have one user experiencing the following:

1. File - New (Select drawing format, the preview of the drawing shows the correct, updated sheet format).
2. The new drawing file loads, but the sheet format is 'older' since being updated in the last year.
3. Checking the Sheet Properties, the File Location of the Sheet Format points to an old server drive no longer in
