I have a couple of drawings that are at a Revision Level of C. The data card, the rev table, everything states Rev C. However, for whatever reason the Titleblock is stuck at Revision B. I can't edit it within the drawing, I've tried changing the data card to different levels and then back to C and nothing will change that Titleblock from B.

Any advice?
