I just downloaded electrical schematic design. 

After I started the program and wanted to try it I found that all the library's were empty.

Also when I made a new project there were no templates. (only empty project)

I can not find any symbols, parts, terminals or other things.

I already reinstalled the program but the problem stays.

I know I can find parts and symbols in ECP but in all the tutorials there
