Hi, I have a large assemble that was imported as a STP file then saved to a local location as an assembly. To make it a workable assembly i have suppressed a number of parts that i don't need. Now when i save this i am faced with endless messages of parts not being found. this can take up to an hour to save as a result. 

Is there something that i am doing wrong? I simply want to save the assemble with
