I am wanting to create a fillet on this part at the .500" diameter hole. And since it is on a bullet shaped surface the system does not fillet it. Once I know how to create this in SolidWorks' I might get a clue on how to create it in a real part, I do not have an 5 axis CNC machine. :-( !
