I'm an IT guy in a company where some users use Dassault software

I have bought some HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC under W11

This model is certified for Solidworks, but not for 3Dexperience on the cloud.

That implies that users can't have any support ( "sorry, your model is not supported" ).

The question is why, how and when is a model certified for 3DExperience
