Hello, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make split balloons. I've seen people do it in other companies. I'm assuming it's possible without manually making circles?

I'm trying to replicate this in my drawing:

Is there a fast way to do that? I don't see options for splitting the balloon if I make a normal balloon. Datum balloons look closer to what I need to do, but are automated to do stuff
