Hi all,
This issue began when I tried to have a Solidworks licence moved from one computer across to mine. My company bought this licence many years ago. I have extracted the licence SN from the old device which has the program installed. The issue I'm having is that the email address we thought was associated with the account isn't recognised.
Is the licence SN, and perhaps company details, enough
