Yesterday I loaned two SOLIDWORKS licenses for a user to use in their home office.

As SOLIDWORKS was no longer necessary for the user, he returned the license on the same day, but looking at SNL, the licenses appear as loaned to the user:

But looking at the loaned licenses, no license is listed as loaned:

Is there any way to remove the user's license?
