Error

Can't connect to 3DExperience 
-Click to try a new connection
- Click cancel to close solidworks

Good day everyone,

Every time i open Solidworks it asks me to log in. I enter my account details and the "update your profile" window pops up. It doesn't matter what i do, when i close it, this error appears and it asks me again to log in. 
Has anybody encountered this error and has been able to get out
