We have a user that started having an issue trying to open .step files in Edrawings. We uninstalled using Revo uninstaller but upon reinstalling we get the following error when trying to open Edrawings.

The description for Event ID 0 from source Application Error cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed
