I am trying to gain confidence using our Solidworks CFD Simulations.  We also have the Electronics Cooling Module with additional features.  

I am using the Two-Resistor Component feature to simulate the (NTBLS1D5N08MC) FET performance. The thermal resistance values from the data sheet are shown below. Are these values valid to use in my situation? Is 43°C/W valid resistance out of the top of the part
